How to Fix Blue Screen Error in Windows 8 and Windows 7

Problem in Your System Registries:
System registries are responsible for proper functioning of your system settings. If the problem resists in your system registries then use any registry cleaner program to clean it. I use system utility software application, which comes with registry cleaning feature as well.
Problem in Software programs:
Bugs in Software applications can cause Blue screen error. If Blue screen appears after installing new software, then restart your system and try to uninstall it and see if this solves the problem.
To Uninstall software go to Control Panel > Add or uninstall programs > Select the program to uninstall.
Hardware problem:
Sometime newly installed hardware’s also cause your system to restart and shut down unexpectedly. Solution is try to uninstall the recently installed hardware and contact the manufacturer to see if any update or bug fix is available for your device.

Tips to avoid Blue screen errors:

  1. Try to install original software; most of the pirated things come with malwares and viruses.
  2. Always shut down your system properly, do not try to shutdown the system using the power button it can damage your system.
  3. Disable unwanted startup programs, which causes system load for this; you can use System utility programs or follow below steps.
  • To disable startup programs Press Start key + R then in the run dialog box type “msconfig
  • Alternatively, type “msconfig” in the search bar (without quotes) and click on msconfig.exe.
  • Now in the System Configuration windows select Selective start-up and then click on Start-up.
  • Now select all the unwanted programs and click on disable, but be careful do not disable any windows or Microsoft named program. Check program name in Start-up item and manufacturer before disabling them.
Blue Screen Errors can occur any time without any warning. So, following the above methods can fix your problem or at least you can avoid them.
